Rondi Frisch, BBA

Rondi developed her career as an Internal Auditor within the Defense Department where she was involved in the analysis and restructuring of management systems—everything from the acquisition of aircraft parts to organization design and pay structures.

After leaving the civil service, among other endeavors Rondi owned controlling interest in a software development company providing services to the public sector. Rondi recognized the challenges faced by small business owners and became determined to bring her internal audit skills into the small business community.

While large companies can afford the price tag of the big consulting firms who provide ‘continual process improvement’ strategies and consulting, there was a market-void for those types of projects for the small business community. Spurred by her own small business ownership experiences, she launched Efficiency Factor to address that imbalance. Considering that 98 percent of all U.S. firms have fewer than 20 employees and 82 percent gross less than $1 million in sales, that is one huge market left un-served—until now.
